Role Summary:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager at GCN to develop strategic direction for Brands based on insights and creativity while maintaining strong solutions oriented relationships with our clients . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in execution of all insight discovery, strategy, platform delivery and branded content engagements including talent and content creator bookings, contracting, budgeting and servicing.
Key responsibilities:
Client relationship management: building and maintaining rapport with clients
Maximize client revenue by staying tuned into the brand's needs and proactively upselling solutions and services
Ensure profitability of campaigns by optimizing spends
Campaign supervision and execution
Ensure campaign performance meets set expectations and KPIs
Ensure timely and effective delivery of campaigns and ensure timelines are met
Constantly monitoring campaign progress and performance, actively reviewing the plan and making changes if required
Team building and team management
Managing team workload
Support management with new business pitches
