About Global Creator Network:

As the branded content division of OML Entertainment, we develop entertainment solutions with creators and influencers across various digital platforms for brands. We drive digital campaigns through-the-line, backing our solutions with strong data insights and measuring impact all through.

Over the last 5 years, we have worked with over 700 creators across the world, building compelling entertainment properties for fans across the world and equity for the brands we work. We have delivered campaigns for brands in over 20 countries across the regions of SEA, India, Africa, Middle East and Europe. Our teams are based out of Mumbai (India), Moscow (Russia) and Warsaw (Poland) and are structured to plan and deliver campaigns for specic areas or clusters across the globe. As we expand into new and growing opportunities, we’re looking for a highly driven and motivated business head to lead the team across countries.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager at GCN to develop strategic direction for Brands based on insights and creativity while maintaining strong solutions oriented relationships with our clients . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in execution of all insight discovery, strategy, platform delivery and branded content engagements including talent and content creator bookings, contracting, budgeting and servicing.

You should be passionate about emerging cultures and have a keen understanding of engaging diverse audiences across diverse platforms. You will be responsible for development and execution of  digital first campaigns - specializing in branded content & influencer marketing solutions that have through-the-line extensions as well.  You’ll work on campaigns, provide strategic guidance to clients along with your manager and the team, and be responsible for building new business and managing ongoing projects and new pitches.

Key responsibilities:

  • Client relationship management: building and maintaining rapport with clients

  • Maximise client revenue by staying tuned into the brand's needs and proactively upselling solutions and services

  • Ensure profitability of campaigns by optimising spends

  • Campaign supervision and execution

  • Ensure campaign performance meets set expectations and KPIs

  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of campaigns and ensure timelines are met 

  • Constantly monitoring campaign progress and performance, actively reviewing the plan and making changes if required

  • Team building and team management

  • managing team workload

  • Support management with new business pitches 


  • Knowledge of the creator/ influencer landscape

Who are you:


  • You love entertainment and consume ridiculous amounts of content 

  • Should have an understanding of marketing, social and media analytics to shape & optimize content based on performance and learnings 

  • Very high awareness of pop-culture both on and off digital,  and also remain aware of the broader zeitgeist

  • Confident in developing and executing disruptive ideas for the brand

  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments to create something great 

  • Resourceful and nimble thinking without dependence on big budgets or stacked staffing for projects


Qualifications and Prior Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (refer to skills and knowledge section for relevant experience)

  • Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile 

  • Proven experience with concept development including long form Content 

  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives

  • Track record of creating ideas for global or large regional brands. Previous work experience on alcohol brands is a plus 

  • Expertise in social best practice across all platforms.

  • Have deep knowledge in running a 360-campaign, from strategy development to tactical execution (including AV/trailers, digital/social, OTT)
