Purpose of the role :

To ensure every team member at OML feels engaged, heard and valued. To build an inclusive organization by fostering an environment that is fair, inclusive and supports one another.

What you will do :

  • Build networks of great potential hires, attract key talent and hire culturally fit people by managing the talent acquisition process end to end. You will help hiring managers build teams, by understanding the current gaps within the team.
  • Find ways to celebrate our people and occasions important to OML. Help team members unwind and develop better work life boundaries.
  • Enable and encourage team members to focus on all round learning and upskilling.
  • Help new team members settle in and exiting team members transition out smoothly.
  • Gather feedback at every stage of team members’ lifecycle and present recommendations based on findings.
  • Make all people policies and processes metric and purpose driven.
  • Routinely investigate people trends and benchmark best practices.
  • Keep in line with the defined GPTW Parameters and help build OMLs reputation through employer branding initiatives.
  • Strive to build meaningful relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

Who you are :

  • You love talking to people, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’re great with negotiations. You can be assertive when needed.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office and G-suite apps.
  • You have excellent time management skills & the ability to multitask.
  • You are a self starter and are accountable for your work.

What you have done already :

  • You have a bachelor's of science/IT and human resources degree.
  • You have hired and built tech teams.
  • You have experience managing the entire employee lifecycle.
  • You have used application tracking systems, software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates.
