Role Overview:

The Paid Social Specialist is responsible for hands-on execution of campaigns on Meta platforms, including setup, optimization, and daily monitoring. This role demands a balance of analytical thinking, operational precision, and an understanding of paid social trends and creative nuances.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Set up campaigns in Meta / Google Ads Manager, including targeting, placements, bidding, and creatives, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.

  • Monitor live campaigns closely, tracking key metrics (e.g., CPC, CTR, ROAS) and making real-time optimizations to improve performance.

  • Track performance against KPIs, highlighting risks or underperforming areas and offering optimization opportunities.

  • Evaluate creative performance by comparing variations and supporting A/B testing efforts.

  • Translate complex performance data into actionable insights and clear, visually engaging reports for internal teams and clients.

  • Manage daily pacing and spend to ensure budgets are effectively utilized across campaigns.

  • Coordinate with analytics and strategy teams to integrate performance insights into media plans.

  • Ensure all ad creatives meet brand guidelines and platform policies (e.g., ad copy length, image/text ratio, content appropriateness).

  • Stay updated on platform developments, algorithm shifts, and new beta features.

  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues related to campaign performance, platform bugs, or creative disapprovals


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience running Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns with proven success.

  • Strong understanding of campaign objectives like reach, traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROAS, and how to optimize for each.

  • Familiarity with Meta Pixel, CAPI (Conversions API), and event tracking integrations.

  • Experience working with first-party and third-party audience segments.

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for performance tracking and operational excellence.

  • Comfortable using data to drive decisions, with working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with creatives, copywriters, and strategists.
