Our teams are based out of Mumbai (India), Moscow (Russia) and Bangkok (Thailand) and are structured to plan and deliver campaigns for specific areas or clusters across the globe. As the digital content division of OML Entertainment, we develop branded content together with creators and influencers across various digital platforms. Purpose of the role :
To ensure brand health and sentiment is maintained with the help of social media listening tools.
What you will do :
Understand, analyze, measure, and report brand health and sentiment.
Setting up keywords, boolean queries, data cleansing, tagging , data analysis, storyboarding and reporting.
Assist with crisis management with useful insights that can help tackle problems..
Escalate mentions and queries of note or instances where client intervention is required.
Effectively communicate mentions, queries and escalations within internal and external teams.
Deliver scheduled (and ad hoc) reports and analysis.
Help the client leverage brand online reputation and support various brand objectives for reputation, branding, audience engagement etc.
Maintain and share daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
Who you are :
You are familiar with social listening tools.
You have data visualization skills to help brand managers drive actionable change.
You have an attention to detail.
You have an In-depth understanding of social and digital listening, search, boolean logic and keyword-based queries
What you have done already :
You are a graduate with 2-4 years of relevant work experience in social listening.
You have experience in social media listening, insights tools, analytics and reporting.
You have a strong background in social/digital market insights with foundational knowledge of digital marketing.
You have a market/consumer insights background using digital/social media data.
