Drive research and build strong production networks, with vendors, crew and creative talent
Identifying culture and contenttrends and references - backed with data and strengthened by qualitative inputs.
Translate briefs into smooth and efficient productions, meeting our creative goals while ensuring adherence to brand targets and budget efficiencies.
Evaluate production requirements to draw delivery timelines and ensure an adherence to on-time, in-full delivery.
Service client relationships and manage working-flow between other partners, agencies, creators and vendors.
Create and present plans and campaign ideas to in-house teams and clients.
Conceptualize, plan and execute original & branded content ensuring a high standard of content production throughout.
Maximize brand value across content formats while operating with the creator-first model ensuring authenticity of messaging and relevance for the creator audience.
Identify, procure and manage global production, vendor and agency relations
Develop and manage production budgets monitoring cash-flow health and ensuring on-time receiving and disbursements of payments.
Understanding of various digital platforms and delivering multiple formats and concepts that work for each.
Qualifications and Prior Experience:
4 - 6 years of experience in the digital content/branded content/film/TV space in related profiles.
Have a holistic understanding of production workflows, budgets, and have worked on end-to-end production from planning to execution.
Strong production vendor networks with the ability to tap into the best upcoming creative talent.
Are on top of digital content and production trends and love consuming content and discovering new creators.
Ability to simultaneously work left brain logic and right brain magic driving both business objectives and creative excellence, which is the key to a successful production.
You have the ability to adapt to a dynamic landscape and thrive in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
Ability to work across diverse cultures and markets which don’t have English as a native language. Strong ties across markets in South East Asia, Africa and Middle East is a plus.
Are comfortable travelling on work and working from India across time zones.
Will be a bonus if you can edit or operate cameras.
