About GCN:


As the digital content division of OML Entertainment, we develop branded content together with creators and influencers across various digital platforms and formats. We strive to drive digital campaign resonance through-the-line, backing our solutions with strong data insights and measuring impact all through.


Over the last 4 years, we have co-created more than 50 originals across nearly 15 content genres with over 20,000 content assets and worked with over 500 creators, building equity for the brands we work with. We have delivered campaigns in over 20 countries across the regions of South-East Asia, the Indian subcontinent, Africa, Middle-East, Europe & Latin America.


As a team, we’re passionate about content and pride ourselves on our data-led and creator-first approach - representing not just the brand’s interest but also helping creators grow and develop when we engage with them.


Our teams are based out of Mumbai (India), Moscow (Russia) and Bangkok (Thailand) and are structured to plan and deliver campaigns for specific areas or clusters across the globe. As we’re expanding we’re looking for highly driven and motivated individuals to join us.


The Senior Associates will need to become specialists in the branded content and cultural landscape in India and perhaps other International Markets (depending on the region assigned). They would need a strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to deliver impactful and engaging content solutions throughout the year.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual with 4 to 5 years of experience in branded content & influencer marketing with a deep understanding of digital trends & the necessary skills to analyse, plan & execute campaigns while working with brands and creators/ influencers. The person should be highly motivated and result-oriented, able to problem solve and be flexible while maintaining attention to detail for all aspects of a campaign. 

Key responsibilities:

  1. Assimilate and translate brand briefs into region-specific digital content campaigns ensuring adherence to brand goals, targets, 360-degree opportunities and budget efficiencies.

  2. Build branded content concepts based on insight derived from an in-depth understanding of the brand, consumers’ feelings, attitudes and behaviours, cultural and content trends.

  3. Capture cultural, digital & content landscape research and build campaign insights. 

  4. Strategize, Pitch and execute campaigns for clients as a campaign lead and maintain documentation 

& reports for your campaigns

  1. Build confidence and manage client expectations

  2. Negotiating with vendors and content creators to minimise cost 

  3. Work with legal and finance teams to ensure legal paperwork is in place for your campaigns and payments are processed on time to vendors, and ensure estimates, POs and invoices are processed in a timely manner.

  4. Contribute strategically and creatively to bolster NBDs with new and existing clients

  5. Provide necessary feedback to vendors/creators for branded assets and provide feedback on concepts, scripts, etc in the planning process

  6. Supervise all shoots & troubleshoot where necessary

  7. Review & consolidate all produced assets before sharing with the client

  8. Keeping a close eye on asset performance and changing strategy as we go to meet better results

  9. Brief content creators and clearly chart out deliverables and production expectations from creators

  10. Proactively build creative solutions for clients across platforms

  11. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless ideation and execution

  12. Manage team expectations and take an active interest in their personal & professional development



  1. Well-versed with India’s digital content trends and creators

  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills

  3. Experience in having worked with influencers and content creators 

  4. Client servicing experience - should be able to manage relationships between brand - agency - influencers/vendors

  5. Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization

  6. Ability to work on end-to-end digital campaign strategy/planning/execution

  7. Presentation skills - should be able to pitch campaign strategies to clients & break down briefs to in-house teams

  8. Understanding of reporting metrics on digital media (for engagement & media performance).

  9. Basic knowledge of video production

  10. Bonus: Media buying, digital media tools skills or artist management experience
