Key responsibilities:
Use a data-driven outlook to build opportunities for the talent we manage and to identify new latent to sign.
Drive strong PR, Barter and event appearance opportunities for relevant artists on the roster.
Bollywood Artists: Build this business expanding on the ongoing efforts.
Identify such talent and onboard and drive conversions.
Build revenue beyond brand work in areas like live IP’s, acting, merchandising and other opportunities.
Driving revenue across - branded content, live tours, endorsements, casting, licensing, shoots, corporate shows and more.
Work with the teams and artists to ideate and build unique artist-specific IPs, products, content and other revenue opportunities.
To reinforce and build professional processes and SOPs across the business.
To work closely with the leadership on the day-to-day management of the vertical.
To manage, control and deliver P&L as per business guidelines
Career mapping for Talents along with building ancillary support for a 360 degree management for the Talents
Executing & negotiating brand led deals along with ideating on briefs & building concepts
Servicing day to day inquiries for Talents across Live, Content & Brand verticals for both incoming & outgoing inquiries
Building Live Touring plans for Talents, negotiating & executing corporate, college & ticketed shows along with amplifying their potential to upscale their gigs.
Advising on building content plans, planning year-long supplementary content pieces & identifying & grow a subculture and niche for the Talents
Work & liaison with different teams within the company
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills- to communicate with clients
Excellent Team Management Skills
Should be comfortable working with artists (Ability to maintain excellent rapport with artists, clients and producers)
Should have a basic know-how of the technicalities of a show
Time management and multitasking
Understanding, analyzing and building data (Excel and Reporting)
Qualifications and Prior Experience:
At least 3-4 years of of relevant experience in Talent (Artist) Management/Content Production/A&R
