Sr Associate - Communications
We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Communications Manager to be in charge of producing high-quality content that engages customers and builds brand recognition.
PR Responsibilities :-
Responsible for handling all aspects of planned publicity campaigns and PR activities.
Writing and producing presentations and press releases.
Dealing with enquiries from the press and related organisations .
Analysing media coverage & Influencer Coverage and creating reports.
Responding to requests for information release or press conference from the media or designating a spokesperson or source of information.
Planning or directing the development of programs to maintain favorable public and stockholder views of the organization's agenda and accomplishments.
Coaching client representatives in effective communication with the public and employees.
Studying the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.
Preparing and editing organizational publications, including employee newsletters or stockholders' reports, for internal and external audiences.
Updating and maintaining Web content.
Conferring with managers to identify trends and group interests and providing advice on business decisions.
Social Media Responsibilities :-
Online Campaigns and Launches - Create quirky, out-of-the-box campaigns for various content
Monthly Social Media - Ideate and oversee the monthly plan for all the content that goes up on our social media pages.
Managing all our social profiles and communities and be in charge of growing our following and engaging them.
Responsible for creating and sourcing text and visual content, managing posts and responding to followers
Expand the company's social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form for our social content properties
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals increasing following, engagement and traffic.
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
Corporate Communication Responsibilities:-
Responsible for coordinating the communications output within the company.
Creates and delivers emails, direct mail, brochures, newsletters, and other publications.
Create company literature and other forms of communication.
Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic.
Work with advertisers for timely and useable ad submissions,
Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
Design and launch email marketing campaigns.
Recommend, implement and maintain site design and operation.
Plan and deliver education courses and materials.
Work with manager and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget.
Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
Develop marketing communications campaigns.
Create thought leadership materials.
Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references.
Research media coverage and industry trends.
Develop fresh story ideas.
Conduct extensive media outreach.
Prepare briefing materials.
Coordinate scheduling and logistics.
Coordinate conference, trade shows, and press interviews.
Prepare agendas and conduct research.
The Ideal Candidate :-
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
Strong interpersonal, creative, presentation, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, analytical, multi tasking skills
Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
Will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills.
An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
Quick and enthusiastic learner.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong, demonstrated experience in building strategic PR campaigns, preferably with a background in a creative/advertising agency.
A history of cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external partners.
Native understanding of digital advertising (organic social, mobile, paid social, display, rich media, VOD) with a strong grasp of marketing.
Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.
Creativity in securing coverage and buzz with traditional outlets.
Understanding of social media and solid experience working with bloggers.
Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
