About the Role:
We are looking for a creative individual with 1 to 2 years of experience in branded content, advertising & influencer marketing with a deep understanding of digital trends & the necessary skills to analyze, plan & execute campaigns while working with brands and creators/ influencers. Key responsibilities:
Researching digital and social landscapes in India
Researching creator landscape and staying on top of local trends
Negotiating with vendors and content creators to minimize cost
Creating pitch decks and maintaining documentation & reports
Data analysis & reporting for on-going campaigns
Coordinate with cross-functional teams - designer, copy writer, creator, etc - to get things done
Execute social media campaigns/campaigns under the guidance of the campaign lead
Understanding client requirements and building creative solutions
Keeping an eye out for what's trending and applying it to your work
Identify, onboard & negotiate with content creators
Brief content creators and clearly chart out deliverables and production expectations from creators
Manage client & creators expectations for smoother and unambiguous functioning
Liaising with Accounts team for raising of bills and ensuring timely payment to vendors
Skills:
Well versed with India’s digital content trends and creators
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in having worked with influencers and content creators
Client servicing experience - should be able to manage relationships between brand - agency - influencers/vendors
Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization
Ability to work on end - to - end digital campaign planning & execution
Presentation skills - should be able to present plans to clients & break down briefs to in-house teams
Basic knowledge of video production
Bonus: Media buying, digital media tools skills or artist management experience
