Hypothesis: Over two decades of working with agencies, brands and influencers has helped us identify gaps and challenges in influencer marketing, resulting in Hypothesis, a comprehensive AI-enabled influencer marketing platform that services the entire influencer marketing journey and has executed more than 150 campaigns.


Key responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive touring strategies.

  • Identify and secure suitable venues for performances.

  • Coordinate with booking agents, promoters, and venues to finalize tour dates.

  • Ensure all logistical aspects of the tour (travel, accommodation, equipment) are arranged and managed efficiently.

  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of each show.

  • Ensure all technical requirements (sound, lighting, staging) are met.

  • Coordinate with local staff and contractors to ensure smooth operations during performances.

  • Develop and manage tour budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

  • Monitor expenses and ensure they remain within budget.

  • Handle financial transactions related to the tour, including payments to venues, contractors, and staff.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for the tour.

  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all tour-related materials.

  • Manage social media and other promotional activities related to the tour.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all tour-related inquiries.

  • Liaise with the comic's management team to ensure alignment on tour objectives and requirements.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the tour.

  • Anticipate and mitigate potential issues that could impact the tour.

  • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the comic and all tour staff.

Skills and expertise:

  • Well versed with Indian & international artists

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills- to communicate with clients and promoters

  • Should have a basic knowledge of technicalities of a show

  • Time management skills & ability to multitask

  • Ability to work on end to end- building a Tour, finding venues across the country and executing the tour. 

  • Understanding and analyzing data and working on building and capturing data

  • Should know basic excel

  • Maintaining excellent rapport (with artists, vendors & promoters)
