About the role
We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Communications Intern to learn and assist with internal and external communication by collaborating on high-quality content (for our social media channels, website, intranet, newsletters and more). Clever and appropriate use of copywriting and strong communication skills to enable simple and easy to understand messaging. The candidate will liaise with management and respective teams to collaborate on driving comms for new IPs, shows, events, research, reports, editorial, op-ed pieces and ensuring Social Media and Communications are upto date.
Key responsibilities:
Quick output of short-form and long-form content pieces
Well adapted with the news & workings of the entertainment industry
Has the ability to learn and encourage teams to collaborate and help meet short deadlines
Can work independently with designers and stakeholders to innovate and curate content.

Skills:
Strong interpersonal, creative, presentation, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, analytical, multi tasking skills
Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
Will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills.
Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
Quick and enthusiastic learner.
Qualifications and Prior Experience:
Native understanding of digital advertising (organic social, mobile, paid social, display, rich media, VOD) with a strong grasp of marketing.
Understanding of social media and solid experience working with bloggers, artists, and talent.
Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
Student/ Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
