Headquartered in Mumbai with teams in Russia, Poland & Thailand, OML was founded in 2002 to book and manage artists across all genres of entertainment.
Today, OML’s operations span a prolific, award-winning content studio that packages and produces shows for OTT platforms, and a global brand solutions business, outside of the talent management practice that has evolved to roster comedians, vloggers, streamers, influencers, writers and directors.

Drive research and build a strong understanding of unscripted content on Indian OTTs.
Identifying culture and content trends and references that help strengthen our pitches.
Conceptualize original content ensuring a high standard of content production throughout.
Translate briefs into creative formats that are unique and set OML apart in the market.
Evaluate gaps in the market that we can fill with original formats.
Create visual presentations and present them to in-house teams and clients.
Work closely with creators on building their brand through unscripted series on OTT platforms, ensuring authenticity of messaging and relevance for the creator audience.
Maintain content trackers and content slates with the help of Excel and presentation tools (Canva, slides, keynote, etc)
