About Global Creator Network: 

As the branded content division of OML Entertainment, we develop entertainment solutions with creators and influencers across various digital platforms for brands. We drive digital campaigns through-the-line, backing our solutions with strong data insights and measuring impact all through. 

Over the last 5 years, we have worked with over 700 creators across the world, building compelling entertainment properties for fans across the world and equity for the brands we work. We have delivered campaigns for brands in over 20 countries across the regions of SEA, India, Africa, Middle East and Europe. 

As a team, we’re passionate about entertainment content and pride ourselves in a ‘creator-first’ ethos – representing not just the brand's interest but also helping creators grow and develop when we engage with them. 

Our teams are based out of Mumbai (India), Moscow (Russia) and Warsaw (Poland) and are structured to plan and deliver campaigns for specific areas or clusters across the globe. As we expand into new and growing opportunities, we’re looking for a highly driven and motivated business head to lead the team across countries. 



Key responsibilities:


  • Drive research and build insights, identifying culture trends and references - backed with data and strengthened by qualitative inputs across India. 

  • Work closely with the team to assimilate and translate brand briefs into region specific digital content campaigns ensuring adherence to brand goals, targets and 360 degree opportunities.

  • Work closely with the team to evaluate campaign requirements to draw delivery timelines and ensure an adherence to on-time, in-full delivery. Manage the whole project end-to-end and keep all stakeholders updated on the progress. 

  • Service client relationships with team’s support and manage working-flow between agencies, creators and vendors. 

  • Support in conceptualising, planning and executing original & branded content ensuring a high standard of content production throughout. 

  • Work closely with the Media Analytics team to track measurement across platforms to ensure dynamic campaign performance management.

  • Identify, procure and manage creators, vendor and agency relations. 

  • Ability to work closely with the team to strategise, plan and execute campaigns.

  • Managed clients in India by providing them with innovative and 360 digital solutions

  • Understanding of video production, working budgets, coordinating shoots and delivering multiple formats and working with production partners. 


Skills:


  • 6-7 years of experience in the digital content and management/branded content/creator management/media space

  • Ability to work closely with the team to plan and execute campaigns.

  • Create digital and through the line campaigns based on market segments to achieve client KPIs/ impact - creating awareness, building consideration, building brand equity

  • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success

  • Ensure campaign implementation and pivoting where necessary to ensure impact 

  • Have a holistic understanding of digital operations and campaign deployment and have worked on end-to-end digital campaign strategies from planning to execution

  • Are on top of digital content trends and love consuming content and discovering new creators and platforms

  • Ability to simultaneously work left brain logic and right brain magic driving both business objectives and creative excellence

  • Have a mid-level knowledge of video production
