About Global Creator Network: 

As the branded content division of OML Entertainment, we develop entertainment solutions with creators and influencers across various digital platforms for brands. We drive digital campaigns through-the-line, backing our solutions with strong data insights and measuring impact all through. 

Over the last 5 years, we have worked with over 700 creators across the world, building compelling entertainment properties for fans across the world and equity for the brands we work. We have delivered campaigns for brands in over 20 countries across the regions of SEA, India, Africa, Middle East and Europe. 

As a team, we’re passionate about entertainment content and pride ourselves in a ‘creator-first’ ethos – representing not just the brand's interest but also helping creators grow and develop when we engage with them. 

Our teams are based out of Mumbai (India), Moscow (Russia) and Warsaw (Poland) and are structured to plan and deliver campaigns for specific areas or clusters across the globe. As we expand into new and growing opportunities, we’re looking for a highly driven and motivated business head to lead the team across countries. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Translate brand brief and strategy into inspiring creative ideas  to kick off and drive content ideas and pitches

  • Build branded content concepts based on insight derived from an in-depth understanding of the brand, consumers’ feelings, attitudes and behaviours, and cultural trends. 

  • Work with the sales and campaign management teams to think through the ask, the brief, the insight, the approach. 

  • Be format-agnostic and comfortable with both short and long-form digital content including scripts, posts, short film treatments, creator content et al 

  • Creatively involved in end-to-end coordination and execution with third party like director, producer and vendors

  • Proactively suggest content properties/ideas for topical and cultural moments and new social platform features/releases 

  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with campaign and strategy team, maintaining creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business

  • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success

  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines 

  • Recruit and train talent for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns

  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results

  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects

  • As a group account director, advise clients on strategy and direction

  • Build strong relationships with clients

  • Strategies & supervise all client briefs - ideate. and review strategic solutions being built by the account teams

  • Lead NBD efforts and pitches + manage resource allocation for inbound briefs

  • Build proactive creative solutions for clients

  • Work closely with the Media & Analytics team, keeping a close eye on client growth and whether we are achieving client KPIs

  • Manage P&L and upsell solutions to drive higher revenue from existing clients

  • Manage team's work flow and load

  • Ensure timely team reviews & OKRs

  • Manage team expectations and take active interest in their personal & professional development


  • Proven experience in building insight-driven digital video content solutions for brands across categories.

  • Should have developed concepts into compelling and detailed presentations

  • Creativity, attention to detail, adaptability and marketing knowledge are required.

  • Ability to drive creative direction and vision for multiple projects simultaneously

  • Should have been involved in all the stages of video content development - (Concept development, production, Influencer concept finalisation, shoot, post-production).

  • Should be well adept with global & Indian trends, formats and developments in branded content.

  • You love entertainment and consume ridiculous amounts of content 

  • Should have an understanding of marketing, social and media analytics to shape & optimize content based on performance and learnings. 

  • Very high awareness of pop-culture both on and off digital,  and also remain aware of the broader zeitgeist.

  • Confident in developing and executing disruptive ideas for the brand.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments to create something great 

  • Resourceful and nimble thinking without dependence on big budgets or stacked staffing for projects.


Qualifications and Prior Experience:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in building creative digital branded content campaigns at a publisher, agency or media house 

  • Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile 

  • Proven experience with concept development including long form Content 

  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives

  • Track record of creating ideas for global or large regional brands. Previous work experience on alcohol brands is a plus 

  • Expertise in social best practice across all platforms.

  • Have deep knowledge in running a 360-campaign, from strategy development to tactical execution (including AV/trailers, digital/social, OTT)
