Hypothesis: Over two decades of working with agencies, brands and influencers has helped us identify gaps and challenges in influencer marketing, resulting in Hypothesis, a comprehensive AI-enabled influencer marketing platform that services the entire influencer marketing journey and has executed more than 150 campaigns.


Key responsibilities:

  •  Maintain a strong grasp of the creator economy, especially within the comedy and content creator space, to better position artists for relevant opportunities.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all brand-related communication and coordination for assigned artists.

  • Maintain comprehensive artist trackers capturing all incoming and outgoing inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to artists–supporting growth, identifying relevant brand alignments, and guiding their commercial journey.

  • Discover and leverage insights and trends to develop strategic recommendations to artists and brands. 

  • Lead consistent outreach efforts for all artists to secure meaningful brand and platform partnerships.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through both existing and prospective client relationships.

  • Work closely with brands and talent management agencies to pitch talent, negotiate deals, and unlock long-term collaborations.

  • Ensure revenue targets are met for each artist, while working proactively to grow their overall brand value.

  • Monitor and track deliverables, contract timelines, and invoicing.

  • Liaising with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

  • Regularly update internal trackers, revenue sheets, reports, and other necessary documentation to maintain visibility across artist performance and pipeline health.

  • Provide insights and performance summaries to internal stakeholders and artists.

Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in mass media/advertising/marketing or a related discipline

  • 4-5 years of experience at a digital marketing agency working on multiple brands across categories

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities

  • Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and social media data analytics, with the aptitude to learn systems

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
