Role Summary:

We are on the lookout for a Manager to work in our Campaign Strategy and Execution Team. The candidate will be the bridge between our clients and our creative teams, driving strong brand strategy ensuring seamless communication, project execution, PNL management and client satisfaction. This role demands a mix of strategic insight, business acumen, and a deep understanding of digital marketing and creative content production.


Key responsibilities:


  • Manage multiple accounts; and develop positive working relationships with clients at senior levels

  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction - Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients and ensuring higher billing through upselling, 

  • renewals and retention

  • Overseeing campaigns and projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget

  • Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, internal teams and vendors in the most productive direction

  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign

  • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success

  • Maintain a healthy P&L for the team ensuring high efficiency, performance and profitability

  • Lead and encourage teams to perform to the best of their ability

  • Manage team's work flow and load

  • Ensure timely team reviews & OKRs

  • Manage team expectations and take active interest in their personal & professional development

  • Work closely with the management to think through the brief, the insight, the approach and the strategy for new business development


Skills:


  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management

  • A solid background in content, social media, digital marketing or advertising

  • The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level

  • A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Effective team management capabilities

  • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints

  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms

  • The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas

  • The ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team

  • Exceptional presentation skills to develop ideas and concepts into compelling campaign lead strategies

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability

  • Ability to drive creative direction and vision for multiple projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of how video content development works is an advantage

  • Should be well adept with global & Indian trends, formats and developments in branded content


Qualifications and Prior Experience:


  • At least 5-7 years of experience in building creative digital branded content campaigns at a publisher, agency or media house

  • Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile

  • Proven experience with concept development including long form Content

  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives

  • Track record of creating ideas for global or large regional brands. Previous work experience on alcohol brands is a plus

  • Expertise in social best practice across all platforms.

  • Have deep knowledge in running a 360-campaign, from strategy development to tactical execution (including AV/trailers, digital/social, OTT)
