Hypothesis: Over two decades of working with agencies, brands and influencers has helped us identify gaps and challenges in influencer marketing, resulting in Hypothesis, a comprehensive AI-enabled influencer marketing platform that services the entire influencer marketing journey and has executed more than 150 campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and lead client roster of brands based in the Middle East that wish to participate in content and culture marketing.
- Develop and validate strategies for brands that partner with the OML’s agency business, tools vertical or artist roster.
- Project management across functions (creative, production, account management and finance)
- Ensuring adherence to brand goals, targets, 360 degree opportunities and budget efficiencies.
- Build and Service relationships with key stakeholders (artists, clients and brand partners).
- Have a network of strong working relationships with brand partners to leverage business development opportunities.
- Enable teams with research and insights, identify culture trends and references - backed with data and strengthened by qualitative inputs.
- Support the management team with new business model validation and assist in integration as per the business KRAs.
- Provide strategic support for existing lines of business
- Understand the various business verticals and the competitive environment
- Provide inputs to the Management team on the emerging consumer/business/competitive trends
Skills
- Total 14+ years of experience in the digital content and management/branded content/creator management/media space.
- Have a holistic understanding of social media operations, media measurement, and campaign deployment and have worked on end-to-end digital campaign strategies from planning to execution.
- Ability to simultaneously work left brain logic and right brain magic driving both business objectives and creative excellence.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
- Ability to work across time zones, diverse cultures and markets which don’t have English as a native language.
- Independent and result oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
