As the digital content division of OML Entertainment, we develop branded content together with creators and influencers across various digital platforms. We strive to drive digital campaign resonance through-the-line, backing our solutions with strong data insights and measuring impact all through.
Over the last 4 years, we have co-created more than 13,000 pieces of content and worked with over 500 creators, building equity for the brands and the creators we work with. We have delivered campaigns in over 20 countries across the regions of SEA, India, Africa, Middle East and Europe.

Our teams are based out of Mumbai (India), Moscow (Russia) and Warsaw (Poland) and are structured to plan and deliver campaigns for specific areas or clusters across the globe. As we’re expanding into new and unexplored territories, we’re looking for highly driven and motivated campaign leads to join us.
Campaign Leads will need to become specialists in the content and cultural landscape of
Russia. Campaign Leads need strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to deliver impactful and engaging content solutions throughout the year.
About the role:
We are looking for someone with an understanding of digital trends and the necessary skills to analyse, strategise & execute them while working with creators and influencers across Russia
The job includes involvement in research, making presentations, execution and reporting of end-to-end digital branded content campaigns on Russian social media platforms for the brands we work with.
Drive research and build insights, identifying culture trends and references - backed with data and strengthened by qualitative inputs
Work closely with the team in Moscow & India to assimilate and translate brand briefs into region specific digital content campaigns ensuring adherence to brand goals, targets, 360 degree opportunities and budget efficiencies.
Work closely with team members to evaluate campaign requirements to draw delivery timelines and ensure an adherence to on-time, in-full delivery.
Service client relationships and manage working-flow between other partners, agencies, creators and vendors while maintaining strong relationships.
Work with the team in Moscow & India to create and present plans and campaign ideas to local teams, content creators and clients.
Conceptualise, plan and execute original & branded content ensuring a high standard of content production throughout.
Work closely with the team to maximise brand value across content formats while operating with the creator-first model ensuring authenticity of messaging and relevance for the creator audience.
Work closely with the Media Analytics team to track measurement across platforms to ensure dynamic campaign performance management
Develop cross-platform competencies identifying new channels for digital content distribution
Develop and manage campaign budgets monitoring cash-flow health and ensure estimates, POs and invoices are processed in a timely manner.
Understanding of video production, working budgets, coordinating shoots and delivering multiple formats and working with production partners
Understanding & managing the documentation of media campaigns (understand briefs from brand, making briefs for creators, timely preparation of contracts with partners, creating media plans for the brand, reporting and analysis of the content)
Qualifications and Prior Experience:
Any Undergraduate or Graduate Degree (Degree in Media/Mass Communication is a plus.)
3-4 years of experience in digital content and management/branded content/creator management/, Content Advertising/Marketing in Russia
A holistic understanding of digital operations, measurement, and campaign deployment and have worked on end-to-end digital campaign strategies from planning to execution
Being on top of digital content trends and love consuming content and discovering new creators and platforms
Ability to simultaneously work left brain logic and right brain magic driving both business objectives and creative excellence.
An entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in fast-paced and collaborative environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Client servicing experience - should be able to manage relationships between brand - agency - influencers/vendors
Time management skills & ability to multitask
Ability to work on end - to - end digital campaign strategy/planning/execution
Understanding of reporting metrics on digital media (for engagement & media performance)
Presentation skills - should be able to present plans to clients & break down briefs to in-house teams
Basic Knowledge of video Production
Bonus: Media buying, digital media tools skills or artist management/liaising experience
