Purpose of this role :
Oversee all HR operations and administration processes. Ensure HR initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment. Provide support and a great working experience to our employees.
What you will do :
HR Operations : Manage HR operations including Leave and Attendance, Audit, Reimbursements, Employee database, HR reports, F&F settlements, Payroll, Employee letters, Corporate insurance plans, Labour law compliance, Ex employee verification, new-joinee onboarding formalities etc.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR operations and administration.
Employee Relations: Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Handle employee complaints and concerns and escalate issues as appropriate.
HR Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and HR program evaluation. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics.
Administration and Facilities Management : includes Administration team management, Vendor management, Facility management, Electricals, Housekeeping , Repairs & maintenance, Safety management, Petty cash management, Couriers – inward & outward, Fixed asset management, Reimbursements, Labour law compliance etc.
Overseeing the IT function
Process Improvement: Monitoring internal HR systems and databases; continuously evaluate HR operations and administration processes and policies and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR vendors, including payroll providers, benefit brokers, and HR technology providers.
Team Management : Managing the team, setting objectives for the team and tracking progress. Reviewing and approving budgets
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with company culture and values, legal requirements, and best practices.
Who you are :
You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have 3+ years of experience in HR operations and administration.
You possess strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
You have experience with HR information systems and payroll systems.
You are organized.
You have Good verbal and written communication skills. You can build relationships easily. You can be assertive when needed. You are great with negotiations.
You have excellent time management skills & the ability to multitask.
You are a self starter and are accountable for your work.
You are proficient with Microsoft Office and G-suite apps.
You are solution oriented and have great problem solving skills
