Objectives of this role:

  • Collaborate with teams across OML whilst working closely with the design manager

  • Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately

  • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload

  • Examine existing processesg flaws, and creating solutions to improve design capabilities

  • Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline


Everyday responsibilities:

  • Planning concepts & designs basis brief, studying information & material 

  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include, presentations, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials

  • Translate strategic direction into the high-quality design within an established brand identity

  • Develop concepts,and execute original content following the brand's visual identity and determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout

  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images

  • Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system

  • Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications

  • Communicating productively with management to keep them up-to-date with project milestones


Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline

  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills


Qualifications and Prior Experience:

  • 3+ years in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency

  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator. Fluency with After Effects, Premiere Video/ photo editing software is a plus

  • Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems is a plus

  • Desire to continue to grow skillset with ongoing education and training
