Hypothesis: Over two decades of working with agencies, brands and influencers has helped us identify gaps and challenges in influencer marketing, resulting in Hypothesis, a comprehensive AI-enabled influencer marketing platform that services the entire influencer marketing journey and has executed more than 150 campaigns.
We are looking for a Senior Creative Director – Art to lead our design function. This role is about building a visual language that makes work unforgettable for brands and for audiences.
You will head our art team, mentor young talent, and partner with strategy and copy to shape campaigns, IPs, and experiences. From brand worlds to live environments, from strong identities to digital content, you will make sure the work has craft, clarity, and impact.
Who You Will do:
You will set the tone for design at MO from the very beginning
Lead design at MO and define the visual direction across campaigns, IPs, and branded experiences
Build and mentor a strong design team, set standards, and raise the level of craft
Work with creative leadership to bring ideas to life from concept to execution
Challenge safe thinking while ensuring projects deliver on time
Translate ideas across digital, motion, identity, print, and space
Partner with clients to imagine design systems that live in culture
10+ years in advertising, or creative studios, with 3 to 4 years leading teams
A portfolio that shows range across award-winning campaigns, branding, experiences, and content
Strong understanding of how design works in digital, motion, and real-world environments
A team builder who knows how to mentor, inspire, and manage different creative strengths
Able to balance bold ideas with clarity and practicality
Excited by the chance to shape the design DNA of a new creative agency
You will work with brands that want cultural relevance, not just visibility
You will collaborate with people who have built stages, festivals, and internet movements
